Ask the Game Guru Bob Guru
Featuring Bob Guru Bob Guru

Dear Dr. Guru,

I just bought one of those 64-bit game machines, and there just aren't many games to play on it. When can I expect more games?

The Guru Responds...

Hey, you know, all of us Commodore 64 users were pretty broken up about that bankruptcy thing. It tends to put a crimp on software sales. I asked the guys at MoonRock about this and they said that the Amiga was WAY ahead of its time, but so was the Sinclair, and Timex managed to stick around... I rephrased the question and they suggested that we all get "real" computers! I'm not sure why they were so cynical, but I guess that means we won't see a port of QBob to a non-Windows platform for a while! I guess we'll all just have to wait for MS to clone the C64 and breathe new life into its look and feel!

Anyway, waiting for the punch-card version of QBob,

-Bob "The Gaming Guru" Guru
